SUNDAYS and statutory holidays are available only to regular, experienced users of the studio, not infrequent or first-time users, sorry. I'm generally not in on these days to help out or supervise.

Studio hire rates

• These hire rates include use of equipment listed on the Studio Equipment page (probably everything you will need, apart from a camera). We do not charge separately for items of equipment used
• Hire rates do not include use of background paper that becomes marked or damaged and has to be disposed of. See note below.
• Minimum booking - $100.00 + GST (up to an hour)
• 2 hours - $160.00 + GST
• 3 hours - $220.00 + GST
• Half day - $270.00 + GST (4-5 hrs)
• Full day - $390.00 + GST (6 to 10 hrs)
• Longer periods of use - POA
• Bare room rates available - POA
• Use for other purposes (events, performance, seminars, meetings) by negotiation
• Studio available Monday to Saturday. Sundays are available for our regular studio users only.
• Conditions of hireage and usage apply. Please ensure you read and understand them.
• We reserve the right to refuse to hire, at our own discretion
• We reserve the right to charge a non-refundable deposit for a booking
• Payment on invoice is usual and preferred, as long as payment is reasonably prompt. Usually the invoice is emailed to you after your photo shoot.
• Payment by internet transfer, Eftpos or cash accepted.

Paper Backgrounds
There are some 2.7m wide paper backgrounds available, mostly in Savage brand, made in USA. We always keep white, grey and black ones up and ready. Other colours are available - see this page. If you want clean background paper rolled out on the floor, the amount that gets marked will need to be covered by your hire payment. The replacement cost of paper is effectively $25 per metre used up (depending on paper brand and condition).

Covid 19 safety: do not come to  the studio if have Covid-19, if you are feeling unwell, experiencing cold- or 'flu-like symptoms.
